Prenatal & Postpartum Education

Prenatal planning can help your birth and breastfeeding journeys go more smoothly, and can give you the preparation to face these challenges with confidence.
In the postpartum period, new interests and issues will arise: let us mentor you through self-care and healing, birth reflections, baby wearing, baby sign language, and sleep concerns.
$200/hr
For a newly lactating parent, breastfeeding is a brand new skill, and you may have a lot of questions. We are here to make your breastfeeding journey easier. By providing support, hands-on help, and expert information, we’ll make sure you and your baby get the high-quality care you deserve.
Breastfeeding Support & Intervention
$150/hr
Bodywork services include massage therapy (prenatal, neonatal, adult, and child), infant oral function exercises, ayurvedic postpartum therapies, and beng kung belly binding.
Ask about our postpartum doula services and boutique turn-down care to make your transition from hospital to home a curated and supported event.

Jessica Justice, RN, IBCLC
Jessica has been a childbearing nurse for over two decades. She has experience and expertise supporting birthing families as an OB nurse, midwife’s assistant, doula, lactation consultant, and educator in hospital settings, birth centers, and home birth. Jessica has led support groups and has taught childbirth and breastfeeding classes in all of these settings as well. Her passion is to empower you with education, insights, and hands-on care and guidance to help make building your family and parenting your tiny humans a joyful and rewarding journey.
